So almost four months have passed since I've written a blog post which is almost hard to believe. How quickly does time go? Everyone says it but seriously, I actually can't believe it has been nearly four months that I've neglected my blog for. The reason being is that at the end of October my lovely Granny passed away after being hospitalized for two months. It was a draining, emotional time which brought back a lot of bad memories of when my Dad passed away in the same hospital nearly four years ago. Therefore I didn't really feel like doing much apart from going to work and I certainly didn't have the motivation or the attention span to write. It's hard to describe the surreal feeling of when a person that has been a part of your life since you were born is no longer around. It's hard to get your head around and it becomes a struggle to believe at first. Anyone who has lost someone I think will understand this even though people do go through different emotions and react to it differently. Anyway, I don't want this to be a deep or emotional sort of post. Just a little hello and to say I am back and motivated to write on this blog again :)
